These terms apply to the use of the website smileyface.dev. It is run by Schlauch & Schlauch GbR, Eduard-Flach-Straße 20, 87700 Memmingen (see Imprint).

2. No binding offer

This website gives general information about our services. It is not a binding offer. A contract is only made when we send you a written offer and you accept it. Scope, price and timeline are agreed for each project in that offer.

3. Contact

You can contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone. Please do not send passwords, access data or other confidential information through these channels before we have agreed with you on a safe way to share them.

4. Use of the website

You may use this website for its intended purpose. You must not disrupt or attack it, or copy its content automatically.

5. Rights

Texts, design, graphics and the smileyface logo are protected by copyright and belong to us. You may not use them without our permission. Names and logos of other products, such as DartSense, allango buddy, IQBuddy and Kunduz, belong to their owners. They show products that our team members have worked on in their own roles.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential obligation, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. We take care to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it. For links to other websites, see our Imprint.

7. Changes

We may change these terms for the future. The version on this page at the time of your visit applies.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Memmingen.
